Rena Corporation was originally founded as Angela Rena's in 1996. The owner manufactured a specialty food product called Turkey Bar-B-Q'd Beans. The product was originally sold to individual customers, the owner's family and friends, and festival events. In 1998, Angela Rena's landed a seasonal contract with a specialty food store chain. The specialty food store purchased Angela Rena's Turkey Bar-B-Q'd Beans under its private label to sell in its cold deli departments during summer seasons. The product will be reintroduced very soon.
